Republicans and other opponents are already denouncing what they call a "war on coal" that could cost the country $50 billion in the next 15 years. Also, in the wake of the VA scandal, a bipartisan call for Eric Shinseki to resign, and MRI scans that show that the brains of homicidal psychopaths are biologically different from those of other people. Could they be treated before they kill?
