Obama in Berlin

During the Cold War, Presidents Kennedy and Reagan made history by addressing crowds in Berlin from the West side of the Brandenburg Gate. Now the Cold War is over, and today, President Obama spoke from the East side, proposing another reduction of nuclear weapons.
