    Dispute over the President's Affordable Care Act has focused attention on the increasing cost of healthcare, with some procedures twice as expensive in the US as in other industrialized countries. Why is that happening? Will Obamacare make a difference? Would other spending lead to a healthier population? Also, India launches its first mission to Mars, and priceless art stolen by Nazis discovered almost by accident.
