Following Jack White’s recent vinyl-first approach to making his 2024 LP No Namea smash hit, UK ethereal jazz band The Smile makes a similar move by stealthily dropping some recent live show tracks onto a 12” single. Hear both of those cuts, “Don’t Get Me Started” and “The Slip,” as part of this FREAKS ONLY. Plus, the latest from Kit Sebastian, Pearl & The Oysters, and PawPaw Rod.
