A supergroup has emerged that is peak FREAKS ONLY, so of course we’re cueing ‘em up. Jayson Green & The Jerk features members of LCD Soundsystem, Holy Ghost!, Midnight Magic, Les Savy, and more. You’ll find that their single “Local Jerk” revives the classic DFA sound of heavy disco syncopation as filtered through punk rock ethos and bratty vocals to match. Plus, Bolis Pupul’s “Spicy Crab” is our latest offering from the Belgian-Chinese producer’s forthcoming LP Letter To Yu, due March 8 via Deewee/Because Music.
