Ibrahim Hesnawi is the titular “Father of Libyan Reggae” per Habibi Funk’s latest release. We’re cueing up “Never Understand” from this collection, and finding that this esteemed moniker totally checks out. Plus, Polo & Pan drop their second EP of 2023 Carrossel Do Tempo featuring “Nagori” — a breezily melancholic late summer jam.
