    An LA Climate Conference with China

    The US and China are the biggest polluters on Earth, and presidents of both countries want every nation on earth to sign an accord to fight greenhouse gases. The first session of the US-China Climate-Smart/Low Carbon Cities Summit began today in Los Angeles.

    The US and China are the biggest polluters on Earth, and presidents of both countries want every nation on earth to sign an accord to fight greenhouse gases. The first session of the US-China Climate-Smart/Low Carbon Cities Summit began today in Los Angeles. LA is one of 10 American cities joining 10 cities in China to promise action against greenhouse emissions.
