Are Budget Cuts at CA Courts Causing Injustice for Millions?

In yesterday's annual address to the State Legislature, Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye said the lack of sufficient funding for state courts is risking a civil rights crisis. It's a familiar message, and one that struck home to one Democrat Hannah-Beth Jackson, who chairs the Senate Judiciary Committee.
