The City of Carson is about to make bullying anyone under 25 a misdemeanor, which could be punishable by up to a year in jail. LA County Sheriff's deputies would have to enforce the new law. What is bullying? How is it different from business as usual on high school campuses? We hear a debate. Also, you won't be hearing the sound of film projectors in movie theaters any more. The medium that defined Hollywood will come to end tomorrow when the last lab to process film in the movie capital of the world shuts down.

Later, on To the Point, the US Supreme Court has authorized explicitly Christian prayers at public meetings — even if it offends non-Christians who feel excluded. What's happened to the First Amendment separation of Church and State? Is it a victory for what's called "the religious freedom movement" in the United States?
