    More than 8 million of the neediest Californians are in for severe cuts in state assistance, passed by Republicans and Democrats in Sacramento last night. Redevelopment agencies and tax extensions were still in limbo. We get the details and hear what might happen next as the budget battle continues. Also, the President orders a "comprehensive review" of nuclear power, saying California is not in danger from radiation that originates in Japan. On our rebroadcast of To the Point, the Obama Administration does an about face on protecting Libyan rebels from Moammar Gadhafi's forces.
