Low Voter Turnout Signals Need for a Change
They gave an election and almost nobody came. There was a 16 percent turnout in the City of Los Angeles; six or seven percent for the School Board. When we asked on Facebook, several of those who did vote said, "Because I Love LA." Others said it's a right and a privilege that others have fought for and one said, "I can't complain if I don't."
