    The acting Sheriff of Orange County, Jack Anderson, has suspended five employees and called for the FBI to investigate his own agency.

    The acting Sheriff of Orange County, Jack Anderson, has suspended five employees and called for the FBI to investigate his own agency. This comes after release of grand jury transcripts showing that guards at the Theo Lacy Jail watched TV, slept, played video games and talked on cell phones while an inmate was tortured, sodomized and beaten to death not far from their glass-enclosed guard station.
