New State Bill Would Address Sexual Assault on Campus

USC and Occidental College are among the institutions accused of under-reporting crimes on and near campus. Now state legislation has been proposed. KCRW's Madeline Brand spoke to LA Assemblyman Mike Gatto about his bill requiring reports of sexual assaults on college campuses to local police and with Sofie Karasek, a survivor of a sexual assault at UC Berkeley.
