The homeless, black man killed by the LAPD Sunday on Skid Row was identified today as a bank robber who did 15 years in prison. Was he shot because he was reaching for an officer’s pistol? Cell phone video that went viral is not definitive. Protesters are demanding release of other video -- taken by officers’ body cams.
