State Treasurer: An Elected Office Where Money Really Matters

California's State Treasurer manages the state's $70 billion investment fund and markets billions more in bonds for the state and local governments. The incumbent is Bill Lockyer, a Democrat who's been in elected office for 37 straight years. Challenging his re-election is Mimi Walters, a former investment banker termed out after 12 years in the state senate. Also, the Rose Parade and southern cooking. On our rebroadcast of To the Point, the Tea Partiers and the Congress.
