Temecula Mosque Approved after Contentious Hearing
A new mosque in Temecula in southeastern Riverside County was approved by the City Council, but not until 3:30 this morning after eight and a half hours of debate. The issue made national news along with the flap over a proposed Islamic Center near Ground Zero in New York City. Jeff Horseman reports for the Press-Enterprise .
