Audego: Artist You Should Know

About a year ago, I discovered a future soul duo based in Melbourne called Audego.

I was immediately seduced by Carolyn’s airy, ethereal vocals & the beat heavy, progressive production courtesy of Pasobionic.

Audego’s music is nostalgic yet contemporary.

The duo clearly has taken cues from early 90’s R&B from the likes of Aaliyah and En Vogue and infused those styles with modern sounds as you would hear from the likes of Little Dragon and Phantogram.

They have two albums under their belt — “Beneath the Static”and the “Low and Abonimable Galaxy” – both of which are available on Bandcamp.

They are currently working on their third full length due to drop some time in 2015, but have given KCRW a 24hr exclusive to offer a free download and world premiere the stream of their new single “Moments”
