Sweetwater Collaborative, suggests studying Australia’s multi-year drought could provide clues as to what might work in California, which has similar climate conditions. KCRW’s Morning Edition host

Lisa Osborn spoke with Brad Smith, a member of Sweetwater Collaborative, about ways locals can, and should, collaborate with the government on solutions to the drought.
