The best moments of the SXSW music conference are when you stumble into a venue and hear an incredible band you’ve never heard of. This year, that band was First Aid Kit. The Swedish sister duo hopped on stage and sang sweet, beautiful folk songs with harmonies that utterly swept me away. Johanna and Klara Söderberg are now touring stateside and make a stop at the Echo on Tuesday, October 5. You’ve probably heard Jason spinning their excellent track “Hard Believer,” off of “The Big Black and the Blue” and you can check it out below.
