I’m not going to SXSW in Austin, but I hope this new French artist, Madjo, is performing there. She’s got a great voice, sings in perfect English as well as her native French, and varies her styles so as to make each song different and never tiring.

She is coming to LA to perform–her first show here as far as I know— at Theatre Raymond Kabbaz on Thursday, April 26th. For fans of Charlotte Gainsbourg or Jane Birkin, you might want to check her out.
