I first came across this 2007 release entitled Chinooseries,which mixed Chinese pop records he had purchased in Vietnam and mixing these samples with 90 bpm beats. It was unlike anything else I had heard before. His latest release entitled Long Distance demonstrates his love for 80’s synth boogie soul.
