Real Estate – New Single + New Album

Dependable good-vibe providers, Real Estate, just announced a new album and released an accompanying video single to boot.

In Mind drops March 17th (via Domino) and was recorded in Los Angeles. I’m not sure if Real Estate can get more coastal and sunny in their sound – but our first taste proves it’s rather possible. In the new video (for single Darling), the band leans back into the groove and chills out with a surprise guest. It’s very Real Estate-y… which is a good thing.
