Sleigh Bellsring…are you listening?!

The last week and a half have seen a flurry of Sleigh Bells news, from a sick trailer for their forthcoming sophmore release, “Reign of Terror,” to news of a short tour with Diplo early next year, to a stunning heater of a new single that debuted on Zane Lowe’s BBC1 last Thursday.

Called “Born to Lose,” the track takes their cheerleader stomp from hell formula and ramps up the emo drama while adding gorgeously droney atmospherics to end to white knuckling effect. I imagine this is the kind of jam The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo‘s Lisbeth Salander listens to when she’s feeling romantic.
