When KCRW DJ Mathieu Schreyer tweeted that this was one of his favorite tracks of the year during his Friday night show, I knew I had to track it down and share.

Manchester producer Holy Other is behind the track, an intense, sexy and haunting instrumental.

To me, it’s the sound of a city at 4am – and all the things that happen at that time of day. The good, the bad and the ugly.

If you want to sample some more tunes, head over to his Soundcloud page.
