If there ever was an incentive to go back to school, this is it. UCLA’sStudentCommittee for the Arts ispresenting KCRW favorite Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros live at Royce Hall on Thursday, May 20 at 8pm. The band is fresh off an appearance at Coachella and will be kicking off a national tour that goes through August. Shows from this 10-piece folk rock ensemble feel more like a revival than a concert. Prepare for singalongs and a perma-smile.

Again, this is a free concert for UCLA students. It is also open for sale to the public (tickets $15-$20). Tickets are now available at UCLA’s Central Ticket Office at 310-825-2101 or http://www.tickets.ucla.edu .
