Video Premiere: Leif Vollebekk – All Night Sedans

Canadian artist to know Leif Vollebekk is asserting himself as a master storyteller through his words and music. His songs are complex in their arrangement but come off sounding effortless. Vollebekk’s new album Twin Solitude features some of my recent favorite tracks, including his new single, “All Night Sedans.” Take a ride with Vollebekk for the KCRW-exclusive premiere of the track’s accompanying video.

Twin Solitude is an album about the parallels of feeling lonely, while also being content when alone. Vollebekk uses color to describe his mood and music, which is apparent in the album art. It’s colored in muted blues and purples; warm and inviting, just like his music.
