Kasih is a modern Indonesian restaurant in Little Tokyo, helmed by chef Zachary Hamel. Over the course of her visits, Patricia Escárcega experienced a whirlwind tour of the archipelago, often involving heady flavors of turmeric and lemongrass paired with liberal doses of sambal.
