LA Times restaurant critic Bill Addison recentlyvisited Bon Temps in the Arts District, the first solo restaurant from noted pastry chef Lincoln Carson. No surprise, he found the pastries to be excellent in general, but he was especially impressed by Carson’s dinner menu.
