Market correspondent Gillian Ferguson visits Yang’s Kitchen in Alhambra to speak with Chris Yang of Yang’s Kitchen. Yang leveraged his relationship with farmers quickly when the pandemic hit and pivoted the dining room into a marketplace, supplying his customers with staples like eggs, dairy, and produce boxes from Chavez Family Farms. Yang also works with the organization Food Roots, which connects local and sustainably grown Asian specialty foods to communities within Southern California.
