CHOCOLATEPEANUT BUTTER BRICKLE PIE

From Evan Kleiman’s Easy As Pie App

Ingredients

Oreo Cookie Crust

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup smooth peanut butter

1- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

1/3 cup chopped peanut brickle

Put cream cheese in bowl of food processor with steel blade.

Process until smooth.

Add peanut butter and pulse to mix.

Add sweetened condensed milk and process until mixture is smooth and well mixed.

Pour mixture into prepared Oreo Cookie Crust.

Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until filling is firm

Garnish with peanut brickle before serving

For Crust:

28 Oreos

4 Tablespoons melted butter

Place cookies in food processor with steel blade and pulse until they are a fine crumb. Add butter and mix until mixture clumps together.

Pat into pie pan. Pre Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
