L.A. Times restaurant critic Patricia Escárcega recently visited Dama in downtown LA’s Fashion District, a Pan-Latin restaurant from chef Antonia Lofaso. What she found was a sultry, romanticized vision of Latin America, supported by an exciting cocktail program and skilled cooking that consistently surpassed menu descriptions.
