They are trained to prepare and serve fine French cuisine despite having little to no restaurant experience. “Knife Skills” is filmmaker Thomas Lennon’s documentary about Edwin’s opening, and its charismatic CEO, Brandon Chrostowski. This film recently earned an Oscar nod.
