Actress Sarah Scott on SAG-AFTRA in the Me Too era.

Sarah Scott was a working actress in Hollywood with the usual ups and downs of a life in the entertainment industry. But, last year while shooting a pilot, Scott says she was harassed and assaulted by a fellow actor.

Sarah Scott had had uncomfortable experiences on set during her decade plus career. But in May of 2018, she says she was harassed and assaulted while shooting an independent pilot. Thinking her union SAG-AFTRA would be well equipped to deal with the allegations, especially with the awareness of the Me Too era, she took her case there. But her experience trying to get justice was long, frustrating and ultimately somewhat unsatisfying. We talked to Scott about her roller coaster ride over the past year and her hope for reform within the union for other assault survivors.
