Alex Plank, the consultant on FX's The Bridge, has Aspergers and works closely with actress Diane Krueger and the show's creators to authenticate her character. Max Burkholder is not on the autism spectrum, but he plays a boy with Aspergers on NBC's Parenthood. Both talk about making autistic characters authentic.
