    Nothing says Thanksgiving like pumpkin, and Roxana Jullapat, Dan Mattern and Matthew Biancaniello are all incorporating squashes and gourds into their Thanksgiving meals and cocktails this year. Sara Kate Gillingham Ryan offers some great tips for setting the Thanksgiving table, and Elizabeth Heiskell and Poppy Tooker put a Southern spin on Turkey Day. Food blogger Jun Belen recounts his first American Thanksgiving at a Carrow's in Las Vegas. Stacie Hunt provides some Thanksgiving wine advice. Plus, chef Kirsten Dixon paints a picture of an Alaskan Thanksgiving, and KCRW's Matt Holzman takes us along for the ride on his annual sailing trip to Catalina Island.
