Tame Impala – Tease Us With a Glimpse Into Their Lonerism

Yesterday, Tame Impala released a kaleidoscopic minute long clip featuring what is no doubt new music from the group. As teasers go, it is a perfectly dizzying thing, offering little to no context for any of the imagery and going from stoned silence to blasting us with a sonic loop that sounds like the noodly bridge of a new lysergic opus.

The album is called “Lonerism” and comes out on Modular later this year. Hopefully sooner rather than later, as I can’t keep watching this one minute clip on a loop hours at a time.

Although, I’ve been giving it a serious go.
