Last night I was in San Diego, I believe it was the first show I’ve done in California since 2018. Great audience. All’s well out here. Last night was show #100 for the year. I wish there had been more but there were COVID cancellations and I was lucky to get what I got.

A lot more as well. It’s a month for coming back to all kinds of classic records, favorites of mine I’ve been depriving myself of for months so they sound all the better when October comes back.

We have five Saturdays together this month. I built all the shows as one epic divided into five parts. I started work on them in August. I wanted time to play them through to make sure they were great. I know it sounds like a lot of extra work but I think it’s worth it.

Look at what we’ve got happening tonight. We start with an ultimate October listen. I’ll be playing The Black Album after my show is over. I won’t be able to concentrate on it before it’s show time.
