Americana singer-songwriter Early James just dropped his third Dan Auerbach-produced LP “Medium Raw,” now he’s sharing the songs that shaped his musical path.
Alabama-born and based singer-songwriter Early James has spent years finely tuning his Americana roots sound. On the heels of releasing Medium Raw, his third Dan Auerbach-produced record for Auerbach’s Easy Eye Sound record label, James and his backing band are stopping by to share some of the tunes that have shaped them ahead of an intimate show at Gold-Diggers tonight. Tune in for tales of being pelted by pillows at football camp (and retreating to jazz band as a result), the finer points of recording in houses, and the similarities between Nintendo music and ragtime.
