It finally happened! After much speculation about when one of our finest living rock bands might finally top KCRW’s Top 30 with their knockout new album “Lucifer on the Sofa,” Spoon have emerged triumphant. They’ve handily secured this week’s number one spot as KCRW DJs dive deeper and deeper into the album’s many delights.

Just in case the Austin greats aren’t offering quite enough action for you, there’s plenty more where that came from. Tame Impala, Kurt Vile, and Shakey Graves have all arrived to the party this week to ensure that this list rocks through and through.
