Recalling the early work of The Beatles amongst other British Invasion alums, mid-western born and New York-based Max Clarke aka Cut Worms sounds like a lost treasure from the 60's. Clarke handled most of the instrumentation on his debut LP. This is well exemplified on "Cash For Gold," where he plays guitar, keyboards, bass, and lap steel alongside producer Jonathan Rado of Foxygen.
