Old Crow Medicine Show were busking in front of a local Nashville pharmacy when an impressed Doc Watson heard them and invited them to play the Merlefest. This quintet from five different states carefully craft original songs steeped in traditional folk and bluegrass. Today's Top Tune is the title track to their recording "Caroline."
