Sophia Kenney left her homebase in Baltimore to study film in Germany, and ended up composing for theater as she searched to find her own voice. Well, Kennedy succeeded.  “I Can See You” is an opulent gem that shimmers with glittery krautrock references and a nostalgic inflection.
