Pirrone’s here to break down all the logistics that bring SoCal’s freakiest fest to life and we’ll check out some deep (and heavy) cuts from the lineup including Pirrone’s own band jjuujjuu in collaboration with Brazilian garage rock greats Boogarins and Thai wedding-band-turned-space-rock-explorers Khun Narin. Plus, he shares his favorite DD performances of all time — one for every year that the fest happened going all the way back to its origins as an 11 day (!) extravaganza in 2012.
