Mark Ridley-Thomas on how to make LA County antiracist

Hosted by

The LA County Board of Supervisors is set to discuss a motion brought forth by Mark Ridley-Thomas that would deem racism, overt or tacit, a public health concern. It focuses attention on racism at all facets of county oversight. That means there will be barometers and checkups on what and how the county is doing in a slew of its responsibilities, including housing, employment, health care, and public safety.
