LA roads during COVID-19: Closed to cars, open to cyclists and pedestrians?

Traffic and pollution are way down in Southern California. That’s a good thing. But all those Angelenos sheltering at home want to get out and exercise. One idea that is gaining traction: Close some roads to cars so people have more space to walk, run or bike.
