CPAC, Bibi, Pot in DC

Conservatives get fiery, Turmoil over Netanyahu's Visit, Funding Homeland Security, Legalizing Marijuana in DC.

On the ground at the Conservative Political Action Conference, Rich Lowry reports that things have gotten more serious than in past years and the biggest applause lines are support of Israel and opposition to ISIS. Many Democrats say they aren't sure if they'll attend Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's speech to Congress next week. He was invited by Republican Speaker John Boehner, in a breach in protocol. The Senate has passed a "clean" funding bill that keeps the Homeland Security Department open without picking a fight over immigration rules -- the question now is whether the House will agree to that. You can grow it, you can smoke it, you can have up to two ounces of it -- but you cannot buy or sell it. DC's mayor has announced that marijuana is now legal in the city. Goodbye to Leonard Nimoy.

Josh Barro (New York Times) moderates from the Center. On the Left is Robert Scheer (TruthDig.com). Rich Lowry (National Review) is on the Right.
