Keystone Rejected, Fact-Checking Ben Carson, Rubio the Frontrunner?

Obama rejects the Keystone Pipeline over climate concerns, Republicans fight for first place.

President Obama rejected the Keystone Pipeline XL, citing climate concerns and limited economic benefits. Supporters say it's a mistake and Marco Rubio says he'll build it when he gets into office. "Why we would reject improving infrastructure is mind boggling," says Rich Lowry. Ben Carson is at the top of the Republican presidential field but the media has uncovered some disparities in stories about his past. Is Marco Rubio really the frontrunner the media claims he is?

Josh Barro (New York Times) moderates from the Center. On the Left is Robert Scheer (TruthDig.com). Rich Lowry (National Review) is on the Right. Leslie Sanchez (GOP Strategist) is our special guest.
