Amazon.com sells thousands of products deemed unsafe

A Wall Street Journal investigation found that more than 4,000 products on Amazon were missing safety labels, not up to safety standards, or were banned outright -- but still for sale. Apparently Amazon does not have a rigorous process for vetting the safety of its products.
