Hari Kondabolu

Hosted by

For almost twenty years, New York University’s Asian-Pacific-American Institute has offered residencies to journalists, poets, photographers and painters and other artists. This year -- for the first time ever -- they invited a stand-up comedian: Hari Kondabolu. He got his start as a immigration rights activist in Seattle, doing stand-up on the side. Since then, he’s appeared on Letterman, Conan, and Kimmel, to name a few. We talk to him about his recent album.
