Famed tenor Luciano Pavarotti teamed up with Bono, Sting, and Mariah Carey to bring opera to the masses. He was also part of the Three Tenors, along with along with Jose Carreras and Placido Domingo. They sold out stadiums and became the hottest band of the 1990s. Pavarotti died from pancreatic cancer in 2007. He's the subject of director Ron Howard's new documentary "Pavarotti."
